還記得《航海王》「水之七島」篇裡，反派角色所穿戴的詭譎面具嗎？在現實世界裡，那可是來自義大利延續數百年的「威尼斯嘉年華」（Venice Carnival）重要配備。2015年「威尼斯嘉年華」，自1月31日在聖馬可廣場以「世界最美味的節慶」為名，華麗登場，直到2月17日，儘管適逢季節性漲潮，城裡多處浸水，近2成面積水淹及腰，但仍不減遊客興致，吸引許多人「全副武裝」迎接佳節。
